The hotel was located just off artful shops, all the main attractions in Tlaquepaque and main square and restaurants. We had the a double room provided with AC, a kitchen. The staff was exceptionally courteous.

We loved staying at this venue! The location was perfect, close to all the main stores around Tlaquepaque. The service housekeeping was excellent, and we felt very welcome with the refreshing drink offered at our arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful in scheduling tours and providing tickets. The room was fantastic, equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and coffee/tea service. We enjoyed the terrace sitting area and garden furniture, and we appreciated the free toiletries and kitchen utensils available.
There were no negative aspects to mention; we would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The staff was very accommodating and made me feel welcomed. The breakfast was amazing, better than any breakfast restaurant. The location was perfect, allowing me to walk to everything and explore the area easily.
As with most places in Mexico, there were steps to climb to get to my room. It made it difficult to carry my heavy suitcase.
